Fireplace was lovely. King room very comfortable. Shower nice. Thankful we could check in early.
When we arrived, person at front desk said the crib was in the room. It wasn'T. Called to ask it to be delivered, person apologized said it'd be right up. It didn't come. We left to go eat over an hour later and told the person at the front desk this was the third time. Returned from eating and crib was in room. Took 3 hours total from time of check in.

The stuff were both AMIABLE and outstandingly accommodating. The neat and updated room had all the necessary facilities, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. The service was great, the food was great.

We stayed at a hotel in the Chicago suburbs, close to all the activities we had planned for our trip. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, with a big shower and a comfortable bed. The service staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with made-to-order omelettes and a variety of buffet items. the hotel provided us with a convenient and enjoyable stay.
They seemed disinterested and neglected our table, leaving us to get everything on our own. Customer service could definitely be improved in that area.
